Child and Parent Suggestions
A child suggestion is a suggestion with some modifications. To make a child suggestion, go to the suggestion that you have an improvement for and click on "Spawn a child suggestion": this will take you to the "Make A Suggestion" page with certain info already filled in. You edit the title and description of the suggestion to include the modification. If the improved version is used, the suggestor of the original and the people who commented on it will also be credited in the game.
So the parent/child system is a way to improve suggestions/ideas without taking away credit from the people who originally suggested them. Hope that makes sense.
The Collaboration Bit
The Collaboration Bit is an extra bit of the site powered by drupal. It's currently the only way to upload content directly to TMBs servers. At present it's the place for maps and cut scenes.
