It's this guy made out of flames. He'll try to melt the ice you're standing on so you'll have to swim. That's a problem because they're is enemies in the water.

In penguin wars, they look exactly like you, but with a red helmet. they shoot snowballs, they can go in Tanks and cars, but they are a little slower than you.

one of the enemies should be half penguin, half penguin- just like a cyborg! it's 0.5 times faster than you, and fires snowballs 2.5 times faster than your average snowball power.
