xp bar (156)

i think that in this game you should have xp bars right under the hp bars. in mr3 i could never tell when i(on my allies) were gonna gain a lvl. it should be simple enough to make i think so it wouldnt take away from making the rest of the game.

The Frigid Caves (37)

I felt that this game needed some kind of a winter theme so I made an ice cave! I made it myself and it's not a recolor! Also, there's some ice on the ground and it would be cool if merlin could slip on it.

Giant four-armed golem (50)

a miniboss guarding the grey wizard, it's twice the size of a normal golem. it's head, legs and 2 of it's arms are like a dark golems, but the rest is like a normal one.

skeleton artillery (27)

i've noticed while playing the mr4 demo that the addition of the skeleton archer makes the head thrower somewhat useless as the archer is better on allmost all fronts in comparison to the headthrower. Therefore, as they basically serve the same purpose for the skeleton army, it would be better for balance if they were more specialised, like maybe the head thrower is a heavyweight ranged attacker(higher than current range, better armour, remains slow...), and the archer is a lighterweight for cl ...[click title to read more]...

Winterland (32)

Another suggestion for part of the map, it's a land covered with snow.
You can walk really quicky on the ground, cause it's covered with ice, but other places, you walk slowy, because there's a thick layer of snow to walk through This leaves options for some snowy creatures other people could suggest, like yeti, or evil snowmen or something.

Feory/storm's Composition of Awesomeness (50)

Yup, I've finally got around to creating a seperate suggestion for it, rather than using the MR4 map suggestion..

I consider it to be my first final one, meaning that it's complete, but I still fully expect to work on it more. Some bits still sound odd, and several transitions still need work.


(Some of the more observant ones out there will have noticed that a good number of my contact messages have been submitted as Feory/storm).

More elaborate enemies (23)

As soon as you introduced the skeleton archer, I saw some army thing in my mind.
What I had in mind was fortresses that belong to different factions (Goblins, Skeletons, rocks, orcs, etc). These fortresses could be placed at random locations, with a capital screen marked by some other color. I imagined every faction having a mage(ish thing), an archer and a warrior, possibly buildings, and some sort of boss.

Trolls have interested the Black Sorcerer. They are brutes, capible of nothing but destruction. Who else but to change some into his own personal Army?

Looks like- Hunched orcs. They are blue, and have a mask over their face. Their tusks are long, and they are wearing ragged brown shorts. Their fists hold a mace in hand.

Attack: Swing with you with a mace. Causes 15 Damage.

Speed: SLOOOWW

Health- Well over 150.

Chaotic Shadow (15)

Cheesy name, yet oh so wonderful.

The Black Sorcerer is angry at merlin. Everybody merlin has met, AKA his armies, has been obliterated to pieces. He needs a advantage over Merlin. Using a bit of Chaos Magic, the Chaotic Shadow is born.

Looks Like: Take a Circle. Give it that little flowy thing Genies have where their feet are. Give it a red eye, colour the body black, and give it semi-muscular arms. And there we go.

no, not the one Sir Gawain fought, these guys have grass on their armor, and are awesome with nature. even though their swords are flowers (lol), they can still do damage

During the game, you can pause and choose to see your stats. It can show you how many enemies you've killed, how many of each enemy you've killed, favorite spell, etc.

i think the credits for this game should also have an "and all the metal boxes dedicated fans and people who made suggestions". obviously something more classy but you get the point. because i kinda feel left out of making the last game since none of my suggestions made it.

Waves (18)

Ok, in one of my suggestions, I mentioned waves. These are where the enemy pours onto the screen from other parts of the map, and you fight defensivly. You can't cut off the enemy prematurely like you can by destroying a building, you just have to weather them out.

jack tre reaper (9)

an annoying mini boss. jack is a reaper ( see [suggestion_827] for an idea on his features) with long claws & armor that makes him look like a spider. he has two attacks whitch are claw attacks.

Bodyguard Exp goes to Merlin (34)

Like the title says. Whenever a unit that Merlin Summons gains experience the experience goes to Merlin. That way you do not have to worry about bringing your troops with you are wasting experience when your highly leveled troops die.
This would work the same way if you had other friendly wizards that used Summon Spells like if a Berlin used Monster Summon he would gain experience if any of the monsters killed enemies.

I just think this would a good way to get rid of the Army Summo ...[click title to read more]...
