I think that's an effect of Team-override it thinks potions are enemies. Ok I'm not 100% sure i need to test this more!
I don't think it's the Team Override - it feels more like there'd be two different potion objects, maybe? Can Steve confirm which?
yes i tested that and noticed they only get hit when enemies are on screen (I think)
I think it could be the team override. The potions have to be treated like enemies to be impacted by the blasts. Maybe team override messes with that.

Sorry didn't read the last comment properly - yes that also makes sense. The potions are sort of enemies (in that they get hit by blasts) but not really enemies (otherwise you couldn't leave the screen.)
So once all your enemies are dead you can leave the screen. But if all your enemies are dead why detect collisions with enemies? so probably the collision detection doesn't run in nav mode.
Again just a theory - don't know for sure without checking the code and fixing the bug :)

Alright, that would make sense. Admittedly I wasn't paying attention to whether or not there are enemies on the screen, although I feel like there were a bunch of screens where they were immobile even when enemies were present. Team override wasn't used all that much and I remember both blastable and non-blastable being in the areas where it wasn't active, so it's probably not a factor.

I think I'll just have another go at this later on and see what I can gather. I'll head off for the weekend so it'll be during next week I guess. Turns out that a healthy lifestyle doesn't really cost all that much, while it does improve the quality of life a lot.
i think ive fixed this bug before. it just never made it to a release.
