Remove the Formus Link?

They seem pretty dead, with no chance of resuscitation. Also, considering the direction of the suggestions DB(towards quick comment approving and chat suggestions), the forums no longer serve much purpose!

Yes, I nearly did it a while ago, but just as I was about to, there was a small bit of activity on them.

I think the only link is on the title page, unless there's another somewhere that I've forgotten about.
