Lessened Level-up Benefits

I've already done parts of this here and there; however to put it more formally, I'm thinking that effects of leveling up should be decreased for the player.

If we want the player to be able to amass massive amounts of stars, things such as speed need to become more reasonable(at high levels), so that you can't just tap left and jump all the way across the screen.
Merlin already has an advantage over others characters for becoming stronger such as potions, spells, and being in every room(likely accumulating experience) so making his leveling stats lower makes sense for him to be closer to equal to other characters.

This would also benefit map makers, in being able to more directly control merlin's strength with potions.

Agreed. The game is probably going to be around 200 rooms right? So if we stay with the current levelling up system, you will be able to DESTROY or ablitirate all enemies further in the game.

Yeah, I think so as well.

Even with a lower leveling curve...

Maybe we should make it so that the amounts gained will lessen with each level up? And especially speed, lol.

Ya the enemies attack will be pretty slow near the end...that is if you take billions of green potions. :)

So are you almost finished with it because you seemed to have given us a semi-version of the Open.

Well, you know, maybe it can be made even better.

But maybe not.

But you can try to alter it yourself and see what kind of equations are the best.

Currently, its constant, but, 0.05, instead of 0.3 (for walking, everything else has also been toned down accordingly)
