And finally, of all people who we have to thank, I think it is universally agreed that the one man who owed the biggest thanks, is the man himself:
Thank you Steve for everything you gave us. We salute you...
LONG LIVE TMB

Er no problem, I've enjoyed every minute of it. But here's the thing the website isn't closing - who said that?
I believe that Lokey brought up a topic in the forums about the site closing but he later said that it wasn't.
And I even got a nice custom comment=D
Alert Firestorm! He's been included on one of these things!
Woohoo! I am on the fan list. Not that cool or hard to do but looking back at all the other past fan lists with me not included but now I am in.
Yes, this really seems like a up-to-date fan list with nobody important left out.
Ya it seems to have no mistakes.
It would be impossible to have mistakes; its just his opinion?
It's possible to have a mistake if he forget someone he intended to add, but that's about it.
Well, it's nice to finally turn up on one of these lists, especially given I'm one of the longest standing members <_<

Steve will always have that record. :)
If we're still talking about who joined when, I joined before Lokey. 9/5/04 for me, 31/12/04 for him.
In fact, not including Steve, of all the people who've been on at some point this year, only 2 of them created their accounts before me:
Joe102 at 7/5/04 (I've no clue who he even is...), and Eric9000 at 27/4/04 (This one surprised me).
Also honourable mention for AzErT for being the lowest numbered account who I recognised, though he's not been on in over a year.
Incidentally, 23/4/04 was the date that you could first create an account here.

I loved how Steve sometimes writes "before records began" instead of the dates. AzErT is pretty much the only guy I have seen in the top 30 date list apart from Steve. I think there was Ryan who was pretty old.
ITS THE master of wizards NOT master of wizards
and didnt I bring up a suggestion that preventing this closing from taking place
btw whatever happened to lokey

I think Lokey is stuck in piles and piles of homework. :)
I think Lokey doesn't have anything to say.
I think lokey is watching occasionally, but doesn't really bother posting anymore.
I think Kirby does that too.
NOTE: This is in random order, not in like some kind of join date or rank
I am aware of that.
Ah, I remember Voronnen. He compared to me Hitler on the religion thread. Didn't go so well.
I don't remember that. The religion thread we still use?
Voronnen
I don't wanna get off topic here, but someone mentioned earlier that not everyone has the right to be happy, like Hitler, or Saddam Hussein or Bin Laden. But lets start on looking at this:
Is it your job to judge someone? Do you realize that many many people will judge something after only hearing a few things, even if they're all biased?
Why don't Saddam and Hitler deserve to be happy? After all, they were people too, with the same emotions that you have, most of the same thoughts and feelings that you do.They just made decisions that landed them in bad places, leading to the terrible things they did, or are blamed for. (Did you know that Hitler never actually gave orders to exterminate Jews? all those decisions were made by field officers after they started running out of supplies, and seeing the Jews as a waste of food, they began killing them in large numbers at the concentration camps so that they had more food for themselves. Hitler punished the officers responsible, but by then, it was too late, and the name Adolf Hitler lives in infamy as the mass-murdering psycho-leader of Germany.)
As for Saddam Hussein.... What he was doing to his people was horrendous, but if they truly disliked it, they would have rebelled. Even now they are undoing everything that we have spent American lives trying to accomplish. It is also pretty widely known that Saddam was a pretty unhappy guy.
And that has to do with religion why?
I dunno.... i just like informing people on things they don't know....
Everyone has a right to be happy, and you are not the one to judge, unless you really do know all the facts.
Copasted for your pleasure.

I don't see how that's comparing you to Hitler. What am I missing?
After all, they were people too, with the same emotions that you have, most of the same thoughts and feelings that you do.
The "You" means everyone or people in general. He wasn't talking about you personally...
Ahh, whatev. It was a long time ago.
Also, "Hitler was a person" is a valid observation XD
You can't really deny it.
You can't really deny it.
This is what really got me mad though.

So it's like, I'm going to gas and kill you. If you don't like it, rebel. If you do, I'll kill you.
Such a choice.

Agreed, that part was stupid.
Glad to know I was on the fan list even though I probably had left the site a year or two before this list was made :D
I am now back, of course :)
I am now back, of course :)
I didn't remember being here in 0'10 :P
Perhaps some one just decided to fetch whoever seemed active a while ago into a fanlist and then the makers of the new fanlists just dredged up everyone in the old ones and included them, or so it seems to me.
...Wow, people still talked about me after all that time. They weren't wrong about the homework though. That's past now though, and now it's just mucking around looking for gainful employment.
I logged in, thought to myself: "unreal, TWO new comments?!", and then I checked the suggestions and was like "no way."
Cheers!
