It's actually like this right now, what is truth: It's a pain to approve. Well, it isn't, but if a person makes 80 commens a day it is, for example.

So we make that person an approver so that we others don't have to approve his/her comments, unless, if they are rude or something.

Approver actually is more like 'get your comments auto-approved'. The last time I approved was two comments by ZeldaRules78(I think I got the name right??) and before that over a dozen by crazy, who already is an approver.

Funny when i came back fromm malaysia which was a few minutes ago i got 80 comments.

I was here yesterday and I had 111.

And back in 2006 and the 'big' friday updates, that was the amount.

Now we again have 5x as much lol.

yA we are getting more and more which is really cool.Alot of people have been coming back or making new accounts which is really nice.I hope we get even more.:)

Yeah, it's kinda an inhibitor to a controlled environment to have a whole lot of variable commentators.

Well generally it takes at least half an hour a day, coupled with other things that slow me down it adds rather a lot to my daily net-time before I do new stuff that I was hoping to get done XD

Looking at comments is the second thing i do every morning!(first one being waking up)

You can check your comments without walking out of bed sitting in your chair powering on the computer logging into your account opening your browser going to TMB logging in clicking on a link to new suggestions and opening one of said suggestions? I wish I could do that.

See i have a small bed and right beside is a electric socket so i can keep my computer charger there and leave my computer fully charged.My home page is the shockwave metal box site log in page.So all i have to do is pick up the computer and play.So all of that without getting out of bed.:)

Say I come home from school at... 3pm. Then I power on the computer, hoping that I'll get to play two hours or so of some great game.
I first need to check my email though. Not much, but I have 4 accounts, which takes a while. Then I decide to come here, getting 120 new comments. I read them all and post back in say.. An hour. It's 4.15. I already forgot I was going to play, and then decide I'm hungry and get some bread and watch anime while I'm on the computer. 4.45-5pm already. I decide to read the newest blog post on dungeonmastering.com, and when it's 5.30pm I remember I was going to play something. Happy after doing all the daily stuff, I find I have only 30 minutes of the three hours left for playing, since my mom comes around 6pm and usually wants the computer "since I have had so much time to play", even though I've played, what, fifteen minutes?

That is quite an realistic wednesday evening for me.

My routine:
Wake up
Check messages and new comments
Breakfast
Work
Messages and new comments
Dinner
Play games on the consoles
Messages and new comments
Go to sleep
If i wake up in the middle of the night i check my message and new comments.

Me:

Wake up
Use iPod Touch to check email and comments
Dressed, breakfast, brush teeth, take medicine, make lunch
Go to high school
Play with dad's ( a teacher ) Win7 computer
Take bus to Calvary Temple, where we've been having school after the fire
Have school
Bus back to high school
Dad drives me home
Get on my computer I built
Check Comments, unless I go to the bathroom, where I use my iPod
Play Plants vs Zombies or program
In bed, use iPod to check comments
Put on Still Alive to fall aslee to.

Anyway, here is a full daily routine(thank goodness, the end of the whole school is so near, and it's really easy weeks anymore):
7.30-8.00(used to be 6.00-6.30): I wake up
I open the computer
I play, check comments, eat, take a shower, whatever else I may have time for
Leave for school at 9.15
*repeats evening procedure from after-school till 6pm as described earlier*
Leave and boot my Wii/laptop
continue what I was doing
Notice the internet is down
Fix it for half a hour/hour/leave it be in frustration and play with my wii
eat something
continue what I was doing or do homework
maybe eat something more
notice the clock is around 22.00-23.00 and go sleep

I check'em roughly twice a day (sometimes less sometimes more), once in the morning when I'm eating and once more at night when everything slows down, and there are almost always over 100 a day, sometimes all at once!

I do it twice, as you can see from the daily routine. However, I do check them maybe three or even four times a day on weekends if my internet connection allows it.

Gnorthan only checks once a day; conquering nearby countries with ginormous, poorly-fed armies takes most of Gnorthan's time, that and imprisoning/executing misbehaving citizens.

I like both Chrome and Firefox for different reasons. Although it can do plugins Chrome is still inferior on that front, so I use firefox when I want some flexibility; when I'm just messing around on youtube or iPlayer, however, I choose Chrome.

Lynx! Okay, maybe not. Though I downloaded a binary and used it to post this comment for a laugh. What about Safari? I've heard it's not so good on Windows computers, but it's still pretty good on Macs, I think.

Opera is annoying. It's like Firefox only not as good, imo.

My opinion of all major browsers.

Internet Explorer: Completely useless. No standards, speed, anything. The IE9 preview looks pretty sweet though. It has GPU acceleration. I look forward to it, but won't personally use it.

Chrome: Great. Fast. Secure. Beats flying potatoes, sound waves, and lightning. How cool.

Firefox: Pretty good. Decently fast, and really secure and extensible. However, IMHO, it should switch to WebKit and the V8 Engine.

Safari: My first Non-IE browser. Used on XP. I liked it. But, that was when I was an Apple fanboy. I admit it. I dislike alot of things Apple does now. That 1984 ad is pretty full of irony now.

Opera: Decent. Deserves more, I mean they came up with a lot of stuff first and never get noticed. Like tabbed browsing, for instance. But, it's not Free ( in the Libre), so I wouldn't use it now.

Oh, and then, we need to all start putting HTLM 5 in out comments! Take that MegaMan!!

My opinions:
IE: The standard browser I'll be comparing to.

FF: Has many options of customisation, but, I don't really care about any toolbars. I don't use social networking services either, which I hear are better on FF. I don't really know about how much better FF is in terms of security, but I don't really care about security as much. I trust my anti-malware programs to do the things, I don't watch [naughty movies], go to suspicious websites or download stuff(other than embedded movies, images and the sort to which I can't really have an effect on). I think my system is secure enough.

Chrome: Fast. Plain. Probably better. Hopefully customizable - I don't really like the desdign of it.

Opera: I've actually used it - probably can avoid most of these problems, but you see: I press some keys, a dozen of pop-ups come. Don't know any shortcuts of it, makes browsing more annoying at times. Then, I can't copy-paste by selecting and dragging, which I do often. Also, I find the download order annoying - it won't show the rest of the page before that movie is fully loaded, noo, while on IE all objects load simultaneously, so you wait a bit, then the website shows itself as full and no need to wait for the movie on the page to fully load before being able to click the links below it.

Yeah, I'm pretty 'blonde' when it comes to choosing browsers, but I'm used to IE and its shortcuts, and it never bitches on me with anything.

I think that organizing some other projects amongst us could also be some fun, going forward with tmb past mr, judging from how we've got access to several programmers, (megaman4ever, Super_merlin, and myself... and steve, sometimes) artistic ability (crazy and rox, and maybe sketch again some day, along with several others) and access to some music.
That's pretty much all we could need to make some games and such!
Of course, we're lacking in advertising/promoting, but life goes on without that... and an mr release could fix that a bit.

Well, if we got something real nice here, we could always self-promote.. ..Word get's around pretty fast in the right circles.

And I'd love something to take part of along the summer now that I'm available again, it'd be a good experience, hopefully help the site, and most of all I'd like something to actually show around in my work portfolio.

And getting more anonymous users of course always helps, so yeah, MR4 might be a cure for that too. But first of all we need these old anonymous users to stay on the site, to give them something to anticipate for. (front page blog posts, for example, lol)

Something cool to make would be the object pooling, and module systems, if you know what I mean. The extremely data oriented design of mr would probably look quite nice in a portfolio btw;)

Something I suppose that I should work on, if it doesn't exist in director already, is a means of changing all the data into xml files. An re script in py-thon would probably be good for that.
