The Suggestion...
Spawn door: A door that lets out a normal soldier of your side every 10 seconds. It has an starting supply of 8 penguins, and makes another penguin every 20 seconds.
Walls: Every attack is blocked by these walls until they go down. Walls are:
Snow wall(30 hp)
Dirt wall(80 hp)
Ice wall(120 hp)
Rock wall(200 hp)
Fire wall(100 hp, touching it hurts for 5 damage)
Absorber wall(100 hp, but it only gets damaged when it does not absorbs shots. It absorbs 10 shots, then takes 5 seconds((In which it can be damaged)), then fires an piercing frost laser which deals 12 damage, and then begins from the start again)
There could be even more.
Cannonry: Look at the name. There could be:
Water blast cannon(Fires an big water bomb which deals 5 damage with big splash, then freezes into an weak ice chunk which is like an ice wall, only has 50 hp)
Water stream cannon(Already posted, i think it should dish out 3 damage but fast fire rate)
Cannon(Your old run of the mill cannon, deals 15 damage to the ones it hits)
Fire cannon(Fires an stream of fire which deals 8 damage on it's own and then leaves behind fire which deals 3 damage to anyone who touches it. Lasts 10 seconds.)
I have more cannons, but i shall make another suggestion about that.
Missile launchers: Missile launchers launch missiles of their color. See suggestion about missiles.
Signaler: If you are losing so hard, you use the signaler to call an air strike to cripple your enemies. May only be used once per base defend.
Selfdestruct: If all else fails, you can destruct your base to start the mission again more quickly.
Phew, can someone give other ideas in comments? I am pretty burnt out on all the typing.

A few mixed suggestions.
Ice cannon: A cannon made of solid ice. Shoots a brick of ice that deals 6 damage, and shatters into 3 to 6 fragments that deal 2 damage each.
Supplies: Sometimes, a base has a certain amount of supplies which you can send with hotkeys when you need help. They variate from food to vehicles. Some are:
Bicycle: A normal bicycle. Hotkey B sends one out. Move into it and you will automatically take place on it. Speeds you up with 60%. Does not provide cover but is destroyed after taking 40 damage. (No cover means that you and the vehicle will suffer damage when you're hit)
Motorcycle: A normal motorcycle. You get on it the normal way, but it needs 3 seconds to start up. After that, it speeds you up with 100%. After 10 seconds it overheats and makes you completely immobile for 1.5 seconds. Then you go again. M sends one out. No cover.
Shield: A small buckler of ice rolls out of the depot. Provides 30% coverage against projectiles and 20% against melee attacks. Supplies like those will give you a percentage of cover and will take 80% of the full damage. This one can take 60 damage before it breaks.
S sends one out.
Giant shield: A big ice plate, about 1.5 the size of you, falls out of the depot. Wielding it makes you invicible to projectiles, but no coverage against melee attacks (A little hard to wield such a big thing). It also slows you down with 30% (Heavy). It will sustain damage from projectiles only, but full damage. 150 damage brings it down. G sends one out.
Bread: Half a bread falls out of the depot. In this climate, it's gotten really hard, but at least it heals 20. D sends one out.
Cheese sandwich: A cheese sandwich falls out of the depot. Well, it has some taste, and it isn't too hard either. Heals 35 damage. C sends one out.
Support: Use a beacon to call 4 extra pinguin soldiers. Watch out, they take 30 seconds before they can be to your assistance. U uses the beacon.
Sniper: A window in the base opens and a flurry of frost bullets fly out, seeking your opponents. The flurry lasts 3 seconds and each bullet only hits for 2 damage, but there's a lot of them! P calls a flurry.
Well, that's another try at keeping this alive.
