I like the head throwers better than I think I would like the archers...

Good idea, the zombies needed one. Could they shoot flaming arrows since the're dead?

It could be made sufficiently different from the head throwers to warrant its place (faster movement, shorter range). But if it doesn't inspire you (Sketch) or someone else to draw it then it probably won't happen.

I quite like this, but I just can't picture it, which probably means it would just look rubbish.

It is not that that I am biased against skelition archers because they destroy my charactors in Morrowind but... I am biased against them for destroying my charactors in Morrowind. :P

Um, I found out that I already had a project going on that involved a skeliton archer. (how embarressing) So ignoring my previose rant about how much I loathe skeliton archers I would be willing to animate this guy for MR.

Actually I am likely to start work on it anyway so comment if you have sugesstions and such.

I made an attack sequence for the archer.

He shoots underhand because he is ganster, and the archer hat makes him a pimp :P

Did a little bit more work with the archer today.
I actually re-did the attack animation because I forgot to put the arrow into the attack.
I made a walk animation here.

I treated like a run animation and I think it came out a lot better than my head thrower walk.
I also cloned the leg movements for 2 other skeliton units in another game I am "working on" (very slowly). Saved me a lot of time. I suppose if I get a couple more units done I might actually start some more programming.

All characters in MR are ambidextrous - since the graphics are mirrored, it just depends which way they are facing.

Matau: the Le-Matoran (Green) Toa Metru. He could fly and shapeshift, and was often joking around and being generally stupid.

all the green ones are kinda stupid. their gears don't quite spin at normal speed.

That's a bit...hard to say.
It depends what you call the best.
Like Matau can shapeshift, which is cool, but someone else might like Matoro's ability to leave his body etc etc
If it wasn't Matoro, I apologise but I can't be bothered to check the book and the people who run the Bionicle website seem to have gotten rid of all the old Bionicle stuff.
