I think I see the problem you spotted with the skeliton head. A lot of the black is unaviodable due to the graphics style of merlin (which look good) but I did spot I place that I didn't check hard enough where I could put see-through or bone on a few spots I fixed it one the sprite and will update sometime soon I hope.

Hmm, didn't put in the very begining wind-up for the ninja star guy so steve adopted by making that graphic part slower and it jumps a little when he gets ready to attack. But I suppose I am picky cause I made the ninja star animation and thought it should look more like this:

Oh the demo was great and I loved having the old energy blast back. I didn't even notice which goblin was the level 20 one because my troops killed him while I wasn't paying enough attention at wasn't expecting him.

The demo was great! I got myself to level 9!!!! (didnt use my army much) it was pretty easy though lol....

My army died toooooooo much-stopped using them.

Yeah, I stopped caring about the individual soldiers like I originally didn't want them to die (not poor bob! he's level 8! he's got a wife and kids! he's been loyal ever since the first screen!) but now I just use them as cannon fodder.

I am using them now, rescuing them when I can...

I'd guess that steve has set up img to do something else, or he's just blocked the whole image thing, but I think it's odd that it seems to think that the start of my code was trying to link to a picture (the whole '?' (red box for IE users) appearing, while the rest of the code is still there, which shouldn't happen normally.)

Anyway, the code isn't wrong, as I tried it on a geocities site I have editing access to, and it worked, and I copied the code across.

Well, Sketch - I know they're copywrited, but this game isn't for making money or anything, so I don't think it matters for fangames, though the proper ones are different because Steve gets some money for them.
As you may have read, IE won't let me do anything other than recieve e-mails, and it only works if they're not rtf, I think.
If you want my e-mail I can give it to you (I don't particularly mind if people see it) and a tutorial would be cool.

Oh pity, not sending e-mails makes things trickier. I can put together a brief thing on how to make Merlin-like graphics. I see that you know something about animating. Nice cursor set by the way.
I can put up a little tutorial for sure.
I might even throw in a little animation if I get interested.
I can upload a couple still pictures for the warrior but frankly until I have a way to communicate to you better it would be rather pointless.
Example
Week 1: Request for unit
Week 2: Unit uploaded
Week 3: Request to tweak unit to add spiky armor or whatever
Week 4: Improved Upload picture
Week 5: Image approved for animation
Week 6: Animations sent
Week 7: Animations are perfect thanks I will put this in the game.

It would take a month and a half to completed a unit with only a minor tweak that could easily be done in 2-3 days with proper communication. So I am not super eager to jump into this project when my gut feeling is it is going to be drawn out and slow with very little personal interest or return for me. Not that I don't mind doing people favors but doesn't seem like a good thing for me to jump into. Sorry it is nothing personal but I can't really work with someone I can't communicate with especially on a subjective subject like graphic design. I will see about some sort of basic tutorial that would be applicable to most programs.
Not to pound the hammer on the nail further, but hope to hear from you 2 weeks from today.

You could try another browser like Firebox, which is what I use or find some way to communicate effectively but I can't work with you through the suggestion database.
So sorry, I'll try to make a good tutorial and I could send a design for something you are stuck on now and then but working without feedback isn't good for anyone.

If you look back I realised that ages ago, when I posted the first ever 200th comment.

I am have started work on another game similar to Lemmings but multi-player and focused on warfare and capturing bases. It will be in Java and should be playable online with other players. It will take awhile to get the game going but I will be generating graphics similar in size and appearance to MR as I really like the style. Anyway I will make these graphics available for MR or non-profit fangames. Probly I will set up a new suggestion graphics page as this one is a little funky. If anyone is interested I can upload and link to my word document about the game.

Sketch that sounds cool! Please do keep us posted, and if you want to start a new graphics page or even a whole new section for suggestions (maybe wait until there is something to see before doing that) that would be cool.

Does the new game have a title?

I have 2 different titles in mind the one I am leaning towards is "Fantasy Melee" the other is "Lemmings: Two Dimensional Warfare". The reason I am going with the first one is I don't actually use lemmings in the game and I don't want to worry about copyright stuff. It would be awesome if you set up a section in suggestion pages. I will probly send in a main suggestion page with a few none animated images and links to the word documents and maybe even a sketch of what I picture the game to look if my scanner is working. I plan on having 7 factions, sides to play, in the "final" version but am only going to work on 3 or 4 sides till I get the game engine running. The sides I plan to put in the earlier version are Medievil Humans, Necromancers, Demons, and possibly Holy Warriors. I have a few human graphics started each side has around 16 unit types so far.
Here is a sample of the units.

Sketch I'd be glad to start a new section. Just post one or two (or more) suggestions for the new game and I'll make a new section for them.

Just type the game name in as "Fantasy Melee" or whatever you decide.
