Snowball Primary weapon

In penguin wars, snowballs are the primary weapon. thery are like any other snowball, and can be used like Merlins spell, only You pick up snow and the snowball doesn't float above your head... :D does about 3 Damage, can be improved.

You're posting a lot of penguin wars stuff into mr3. I'm going to try to implement [suggestion_1949] over the next few days. Can you hold off posting any more til then? Or if you do, can put the game name as Penguin Wars rather than MR3? Just type it straight into the box.
