this in mr3, and forelin and flaetorin in mr4
IT WOOD BE COOL TO FITE HIM AGEN!
I think that instead of turning him to your side he should give you the Fire elemental. That spell can be made to do a lot of useful things such as burning down gates you have to get through and setting bombs (see my sugesstion). I don't really like the idea of him turning to your side though.
Well, remember that *all* the wizards in MR2 are capable of being good or evil depending on the amount of power they have. Once they go over a certain threshold, they go evil. They can then be "drained" of the power and turn good again.
But then, if there's a limit to how much power you have.... :(. I WANT TO GET SO MANY POTIONS I WOULD BECOME A GOD OF DESTRUCTION! It's feasibility might not be great, BUT MAN THAT WOULD BE FUN. I guess it would kinda defeat the purpose of the army/summon spell, though. Back on track, though. If there's a threshold (I dunno how you spell it) to how powerful you can get, then wouldn't you need wizards to bleed off the power of X amount of potions? And then, since they took the power, what would potions even be worth? every time you got one you would have to lose it's power or else you would be evil...?
My brain hurts,

I see what you're saying.
Effectively, there are two ways the game could go
- a low powered Merlin who relies on helpers to do some of his fighting for him.
- a high powered Merlin (like in the first two games) who is a one-man killing machine, a god of destruction as you put it.
It is concievable to make the game with a choice at the beginning about which way you want to play. Or have it built in as a difficulty setting (on easy, Merlin can get much more powerful than on hard).

it would be cool to have the Ochre wizard as the king of a yellow fort, the scarlet wizard as king of a red fort and the tangerine wizard as king of a orange fort
steve:i like the ide you said with emulord the one that ulin drained his power while Merlin gets him busy. but i think u must first weak him because if not u'l just have to run
if merlin was a god of destruction or weak and helped a lot it would take most of the fun from the game. . . .
(but god of destruction doesn't sound too bad. . . :))

steve,
back there on your first comment, when you said that all the wizards could be good or evil, did i detect a hint that there will be more evil wizards, or am i just too hopeful?

yeah, could be could be...
there should be a choice for god of destruction
or dependent weakling of course a med level
or dependent weakling of course a med level
yeah you should get him to follow you
i think that amontonlin should be left for the last evil wizard to fight, cuz he's been evil before and has evil . . . experience, thats the word, evil experiance.
3 thumbs up!
one of my ideas was when you turn one of the wizards good again they help you.
also one of my ideas is that you go evil at the end of MR3 and go play the game again as the pumped-up evil merlin. god of detruction, as you put it.

hehe, i like dat
and if you have other wizards helping you they can turn evil again by collecting potions before you do?
He should be in the game. Yeah.
Here's a good strategy for him in MR2, get the Golden Machine Gun with the Energy Beam on and don't bother attacking his monsters. Instead, keep focusing on hitting him. The monsters hurt, but not enough to make Merlin wasted before the SW is!
you know it just occured to me... if youre a powerful wizard, then youre evil.
...
that means all the good wizards are wusses.
...
that means all the good wizards are wusses.
Yeah, but they work together and that makes them stronger than any single power. (Well, that's what they hope anyway).
lol.
well duh, you think youll just keep him evil the entire game?
sure they are, steve, sure they are.
I just remembered that if you run out of medikits, then you're in trouble. Merlin seriously needs allies to help him when that happens, so I think that would open a slot for friends.
By the way, PUT IN ALL THREE CORRUPTED WIZARDS!
lol how bout this?
imagine if the black sorcerer was good and the *lin* wizards were bad!
BS:THE SORCERER COUNCIL!!!!!!!!!!!
Wizard Council:wizard council actually...

hehe lol!
Here's what I think, true to the other Merlin games, Merlin starts off in the south-west corner the three evil wizards are in the other corners, Maybe have the golden bullets in the center or in one of the other forts
he can join berlin (see friends section) once he is back to normal admotonilin the red.
Oo. I just got a plot idea from this...hehe
This is the inspired plot: [Suggestion_3406]
